Bookings
All sessions are by appointment only.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received.
Please arrive on time for appointments. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
 
Payments
Payment confirms your booking and secures your selected date and time.
For all sessions, payment must be made before the scheduled appointment.
 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be charged as a full session, as the time has already been reserved for you.
Missed appointments or no-shows are treated as a full booking and are non-refundable.
 
Deposits
Deposits are used to secure your appointment and are non-refundable.
If you cancel in time, your deposit may be moved to another suitable date.
If you cancel late or do not arrive, the deposit is forfeited.

Revive Body, Mind & Soul will take reasonable care to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all sessions.

However, Revive is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Clients are advised to keep valuables safely with them at all times.

Clients are also responsible for informing Revive of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, medication, or health concerns before any massage, treatment, coaching, or wellness session begins.

Revive will not be held responsible for any injury, discomfort, reaction, or worsening of an existing condition where relevant information was not disclosed by the client before the session.

By booking and attending a session, the client confirms that they understand and accept these terms.
